A rather large classroom lit by several tall windows, containing a bunch of desks along with chalkboards, bookshelves and cages around the walls. Transfiguration is taught here, a difficult subject so pay attention! You may also come here to practice or see the teacher after class.

This room is guarded by two talking gargoyles, though they can't actually move to stop you. Once inside you'll find a long wooden table, surrounded by mismatched dark chairs and a wardrobe where the teachers can hang their coats in one corner.

The great hall is designed for meal times. However it seems to have become a place for all to gather. People can be seen eating, talking, doing homework and on occasion reading, though why they wouldn't take it to the library is beyond me. Five tables rest in the great hall. One staff table overlooking the other four, the Slytherin table on the far side near the doors and then the Gryffindor on the other wall with Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff in the middle.

A small, windowless interior room lit by a single oil lamp. This simple and slightly dingy office is where the caretaker lives. There's a desk for them inside, a couple of chairs and many filing cabinets that contain records of every caught troublemaker that has walked the halls of Hogwarts.
